ARTHAMRIT / CUSTOMER GUIDES
A clearer brief.
A better starting point.
Plan an IT project, digital application, financial distribution conversation, equipment purchase or AI pilot. Use these practical checklists to explain your requirement and ask useful questions.
01 / PROJECT CHECKLIST
IT infrastructure & AMC
Build a clear picture of your office before choosing equipment or support. A useful infrastructure brief describes what your team needs to do, the problems it faces and the systems that must keep working.
Prepare your brief
- List your sites, users and critical applications. Identify who uses the network and whether staff work remotely.
- Record available device models, operating systems, connectivity and existing vendor support. Do not send passwords or network credentials.
- Describe recurring issues with approximate times and affected users. Separate connection problems, device faults and application issues.
Agree before work begins
- Identify the equipment and locations covered by an AMC, service hours and how requests will be raised.
- Ask which activities are included, which parts or consumables cost extra, and who authorises additional work.
- Confirm backup responsibilities, maintenance windows, escalation contacts and how completed work will be recorded.
Does an AMC include replacement equipment?
Confirm this in the written scope. Coverage, parts, consumables, visits and response arrangements depend on the agreed service; do not assume they are included.
02 / PROJECT CHECKLIST
Websites & business applications
Start with the customer or employee task, then choose the technology. A focused brief helps avoid building attractive screens that do not solve the day-to-day problem.
Prepare your brief
- Choose one primary journey, such as enquiry to quotation, booking to confirmation or customer access to documents.
- Identify the users, their permissions and the information each person needs. Bring a fictional example of the input and desired result.
- List existing systems, required integrations, approval steps and the person who owns each decision.
Define an acceptable delivery
- Agree the pages, features, content ownership and mobile journeys in scope. Separate essential launch functions from later improvements.
- Use practical acceptance examples: an enquiry is saved once, reaches the correct team and can be followed up.
- Confirm hosting, domain ownership, data export, training, support and recurring charges before accepting the proposal.
Should we build every feature at launch?
Prioritise the smallest complete workflow that helps users. Agree later phases separately, with clear ownership and acceptance criteria.
03 / PROJECT CHECKLIST
Financial distribution conversations
Prepare questions before a financial distribution conversation. Arthamrit uses the Wealthy platform for its financial distribution journey; the applicable partner process and documents should be explained before you proceed.
Prepare your questions
- Write down the purpose of the conversation, your time horizon and the questions you need answered.
- Ask how product risks, charges, lock-ins and exit conditions are explained in the applicable documents.
- Clarify which organisation provides each service and which official platform or channel you should use.
Check the process
- Confirm the required documents and consent steps through the authorised process. Do not put account numbers, identification documents or financial statements into public demo forms.
- Read the applicable product and partner documents and ask for clarification on anything unclear.
- Keep records of official communications. Confirm the correct support and grievance route for the relevant provider.
Is the website a personal investment recommendation?
No. This guide is general information. Product decisions require the applicable disclosures and an appropriate discussion; returns and suitability are not promised.
04 / PROJECT CHECKLIST
Office IT sales & service
Equipment selection works best when the requirement explains the work, rather than only naming a model. Give the team enough detail to compare a suitable specification and a clear service scope.
For new equipment
- Share user numbers, applications, quantities, installation location and your budget range. Note any existing devices that must remain compatible.
- Describe practical needs such as printing volume, connectivity, portability or specialist software requirements.
- Ask for the quoted specification, taxes, delivery terms, installation responsibilities and warranty terms in writing.
For an existing device
- Provide the device type and model, a short description of the fault and when it started. Share error messages without private information.
- Mention relevant warranty information and any troubleshooting already completed. Avoid sending passwords.
- Confirm assessment charges, authorisation before repairs, data responsibilities and the process for unavailable parts.
Is a listed requirement a confirmed price or stock offer?
No. Availability, specification, pricing, delivery and service scope must be confirmed in the applicable quotation.
05 / PROJECT CHECKLIST
AI assistants & workflow automation
Choose one repeated task with a result a person can review. A well-defined pilot makes it easier to decide whether AI is useful, what it costs and where human judgement remains necessary.
Prepare one test case
- Describe the current task, who performs it, the input and the desired output. Use fictional or fully redacted examples.
- Choose a measurable result, such as time to prepare a reviewed draft or the number of missing fields identified. Record the current baseline first.
- List approved knowledge sources, integrations and actions the assistant must never perform without approval.
Set the pilot boundaries
- Agree access permissions, data handling, human review, usage limits and a fallback when the service is unavailable or uncertain.
- For English, Hindi and Odia speech, test actual devices and representative phrases. Agree how unsupported speech or unclear recognition is handled.
- Review sample failures as well as successful answers. Confirm who can edit knowledge, inspect usage and stop the pilot.
